Hi! My name is Karen Atkinson!  I have been in the Charleston, SC area for nine years working with the school districts in the area.  I have been a classroom teacher and also worked with home bound students.  I have a Masters Degree in Education and Three Certifications; Pk - Sixth grade, Seventh - Twelfth grade Social Sciences, and K - Twelfth grade Reading with a strong background in Math and Sciences from SUNY Cortland.  I have taught all grade levels from pre-school to twelfth grade in all subjects for eighteen years. I came to Charleston, SC because of the beauty of the beaches  and weather, but most important I wanted to do my job as an educator where I know I can make a difference.

My tutors all have at least a Bachelors Degree and many are in the education field and/or are specialized in the specific subject to be tutored.  All tutors working for Tutoring 4 U, LLC are great and very well qualified!!
